Your skin is your largest organ responsible for protecting your body from a variety of outside forces, but it is also the most visible part of you, and is susceptible to environmental, physical and hormonal conditions which can make your skin tone appear blotchy and uneven.

You may want to use non-toxic, natural products on your skin to keep it healthy and vibrant, but there are lots of choices out there how can you be sure which one is best for your skin?

Revitol Skin Brightener Cream uses safe, plant-based ingredients to help reduce the appearance of freckles, liver-spots, and uneven pigmentation areas while keeping your skin soft and supple with natural emollients, moisturizers and skin-nourishing vitamins. It's a great way to lighten and brighten the appearance of those trouble spots safely with nature's finest ingredients.

Contains no mercury or other harmful ingrdedients

The active ingredients in Revitol Skin Brightener Cream lighten the appearance of skin and promote a healthy, balanced-looking complexion. We use natural ingredients such as:

  • Arbutin: Extracted from the bearberry plant, and also found in wheat and pear skins, Arbutin helps reduce the appearance of dark areas.
  • Lumiskin: Also known as Diacetyl Boldine, inhibits Tryosinase to help lighten the appearance of the skin and promote more evenlooking skin tone.
  • Shea Butter: Derived from the nut of the Karite Nut tree (mangifolia), Shea butter has been used by African women for centuries for both cooking and for its healing properties in skin care. It contains natural sun protectants and emollients, and is used in many moisturizers, soaps and skin creams to firm and tighten skin.
  • Evening Primrose Oil: Used as a food and natural medicine throughout history, Primrose is effective in skin care to help alleviate dry skin.
  • Allantoin: A botanical extract of the comfrey plant, Allantoin is a natural-identical, non-toxic moisturizer that promotes the health of the outer dermal layer.
  • Grapefruit Seed Extract: Used as a preservative, this extract is a natural antioxidant.
  • Vitamins A, C and E: Because it has a fundamental role in the control of normal skin cell activity, Vitamin A is very important to healthy skin, and adding the antioxidant vitamins C and E gives this important skin nutrient extra support (for a complete list of ingredients, view our ingredients page).

Avascular wound beds will not accept skin grafts unless viable periosteum or perichondrium is present. And the grafted area may shrink to 50% of its original size both the skin graft and the surrounding tissue may become distorted.

How does taking skin away from one area and placing in on the new one help anything? Either way ome area wont have skin right?

excuse me can you answer this for me. I was wondering will the skin graft heal and look as normal as it did before the body was damaged by burns.
here what I had surgery abt 8 yrs now on my left buttock cheek the new learning med students had cut me bad & the stitches was only stitched on the outside. It healed horrid cannot wear a bikini would like some advice as to wht surgery that should be used to correct this bringing back my skin smooth.can i do skin grafting for my acne scarred facial skin, i have mild to moderate scars, pls answer me thanks. This video discusses "Auto-Graft", i.e. the skin is taken from the same person doing the operation. So, it is actually his own skin. As a result, there is no rejection. Rejection happens in trans-donor Organ Transplantion.uhhh. one question i would liked answered. what about the blood vessels do they get replaced? cause half of the blood vessel is missing. Alright so I have a wound on my ankle, they take skin from my leg to fix it. Where do they take skin to fix what they just removed? What, do they just keep going grafting and replacing until I look like a patchwork quilt??no, there are different skin grafting techniques. usually they need skin grats because the wound is too large for the skin to heal properly. they would simply remove skin in smaller pieces from several sites and piece them onto your wound. they then let the area they just removed skin from heal normally.
The skin on your leg is healthy so it'll grow back, whereas the skin on your ankle is so badly damaged that it cannot do so.

It can vary depending on the area of the body, the heel of your foot has the most and your eyelids have the least. Generally from what I remember it is about 10-12 levels just for the epidermis. Just a guess though.

I have always wondered - what happens to the donor site, especially in the case of a full-thickness graft? Are you not left with the same situation as before?
I think the donor site will repair itself as they say that they'd use a skin graft for wounds that won't heal. So perhaps they take it from an area where they're sure that it can repair itself without a problem, and obviously the donor site in the case of full thickness will have to be washed, packed, bandaged etc. But jesus, did that thing taking off the split skin graft look like a vegetable peeler or what? *shudder*. Except that the graft by definition must be deeper than the original wound (since they cut a margin around the injury). So if the original one was too deep to heal, why would a graft not be too deep?

Just asking. Why take a skin grapft from the head. What about any other part of the body? Will the hair even grow back since you might be removing hair folicals. I am not sure that is why i am asking. the head has alot of blood that is constantly moving through it (duh?) and so the blood contains all the stuff needed for a quick recovery. it looked like the man was bald anyhow, and hair wouldn't be growing on the top of his head anyhow... although agreed, most of the time the skin graft is taken from the middle/outer thigh.well its normally cared for by someone with a specialty in what is known as plastic surgery, but is actually just as much recontructive.

hey i was wondering my biyfriend has third degree burns on his leg how long will he be in the hospital he has already been in there two weeks and hasent even got any skin graphs they have done two sugerys but they say his skin isnt ready. Medicine it's still in middle age. There no cure for scars, no suture without scar, not anything of any descncy to offer to the patient..they still do not fully understand scarring and how it forms. the problem is you must understand how to form scars (and I'm talking hypertrophic vs atrophic vs keloid) In order to understand how to prevent most scars. so really... we are still in the stone age. now had they wanted to do a scar study, I would have agreed. no matter what I was going to end up with a scar, so it would not have been a big deal, and they may have been able to help kids in the future. burn was from gasoline 18 years ago. yes, it was 3rd degree, which resulted in a good deal of muscle damage as well as Compartment syndrome. remember, what you see is the scars from the skin grafting, which was a split thickness sheet graft (not mesh). I also don't normally scar much at all, so had the burn been double the size, and even deeper the results would have been the same.Oh, just a newer vid of it. I see now. How long were you in I.C.U.? Was there any infection? M.R.S.A.? That wasn't cultured was it? (the skin). No ICU, it was a total redo of the grafting on the leg 10 years after the burn. it was a med-thickness split-thickness skin graft (donor was from upper left leg). I did end up with infection, as well as blood pooling under the graft, so I only had about a 65% take.
